This membership is for run programming only. Unlike the other memberships, there will be no ongoing coaching on nutrition, mindset, or lifestyle or communication during the week beyond workout / program assessment and delivery. Clients on the programming only option will receive:

• Personalized running program based on personal time commitment, current ability, race distance, and goals.
  
• Access to a group chat with all the other members of Tactic Run Club
• Access to a group Strava with all the other members of Tactic Run Club
• Participation in a monthly group Zoom that occurs the first Thursday of every month at 5pmMST and the third Wednesday of every month at 10amMST where we talk about our training wins, advice, struggles, favourite GU gel flavours, and running shoes.
